Welcome to the FOURTH edition of our Performance Program! Same concept, new classes!
This 5-week program is designed to increase your performance in three main areas: Climbs (heavy resistance), Speed, and HIIT. Develop your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and power.
To optimize results, we invite you to complete at least 3 classes per week for 5 weeks (2 "focus" classes + 1 regular class). Advanced riders should aim to complete 4 classes per week for 5 weeks (2 "focus" classes + 2 regular classes).
